The earphones are not the ear-bud style you see in the picture. they do not fit in the ear well. Not suitable for exercise as the weight of the retracting device pulls on the earphones in your ears. Do not fall out very easily but you feel the pull on the earphones- not very pleasant Was this review helpful?

If you hate tangled earbud wires, this product is for you, as long as you don't have small ears. I must have small ears. The earpieces, while it's great they don't have those little foam covers that always fall off, don't fit in my ear closely. But they don't fall out, either, and that's more than I can say for others I've tried. Another great little feature is the little tiny sleeve at the "Y" point of the wires. Before you retract the wires, remember to slide the sleeve back up toward the earpieces. It took some experimenting to figure out how to retract the wires, but if I gently pull them out all the way, make sure the sleeve is slid back up, hold at the connection end and let it dangle, then retract, it works great. I absolutely love these. i'm incredibly sloppy with most earbud headphones. they get tangled in my pocket and don't fit in my ear. this solves both those problems. My only complaint (and the only reason i gave performance a 4 instead of a 5) is that sometimes if the headphones ruffle around in my backpack or pocket too much, the the cord will get a little messed up inside the retraction mechanism and be difficult to un-retract, but this is negligable considering the overall benefit they provide over the competition. I'm pretty sure these are the only headphones around that are both retractable AND manage to stick in my ears for more than 30 seconds without falling out. HIGHLY reccomended Was this review helpful?
