Handles just about every major currently used format. Replaces older unit which could not handle SDHC cards. Reasonable size, seems well constructed. Not cheap at $23 total but reasonable. You get what you pay for. Was this review helpful?

This is a great little card reader had to get it because my new camera, and camcorder record to SDHC memory cards. SDHC stands for I believe Secure-Digital High Capacity. So I had to make the purchase it was the cheapest around great buy. Was this review helpful?

It works just fine for high capacity SD cards, which is why I bought it. It's nice and compact, so it doesn't take up a lot of real estate on my desk. My only nits are that the SD slot is on the side, not the front of the case, and you can't use the Mini SD slot at the same time as the regular SD. It has a short USB cable permanently attached, so it's designed to be next to your laptop or USB hub. Was this review helpful?

I picked this reader up, along with a new SanDisk 8GB SDHC card. Simple plug and play installation under XP with no drivers to install. It was able to read and write the SDHC card no problem, as well as my older SD, CF and XD cards. It is MUCH faster than my old USB 1.0 reader. Construction seems quite solid. I got it to read my new SDHC cards and X/m cards and it reads them poerfectly, writes too...for the money its a great littel reader, good construction and attractive too, what more could you want? Great little card reader! Was this review helpful?
