5 of 5 Awesome! Saturday, March 07, 2009
A Customer from Westerly RI

First let me say that this item arrived at my door in exactly 24 hours from when I ordered it from buy.com (2nd day express)!!! Neat little product, will be using it for my direct mail postcard addressing and postage. Works great and beats the label sheets!

5 of 5 Two is better than One Saturday, July 05, 2008
Tee from Leesburg, Virginia
I bought the Twin Turbo after owning the Turbo 330 for years and I expect it to perform just as well. The flexibility of 2 printers speaks for its self and the performance is great. The ability to print postage makes this printer even more versatile. One thing I would have liked to see and would make this printer "greener" is an On/Off power button. Overall great product. Strongly recommended.

4 of 5 Printer Good - Buy.com description-no Wednesday, July 02, 2008
customthreads from Deansboro, NY
Whereas the printer works like a charm and is easy to install and use. The in stock usually ships in 1-2 days shipping turned into 3 weeks! The stamp labels I ordered to use with it as a listed option - do not work with it unless you buy a monthly on-line stamp account, only the Dymo stamp labels work with the Dymo Stamp program. This was not explained on the tech details. By the time I got the printer - weeks later - and discovered the label issue I couldn't return them - due to the time lapse. I tried to return them and I got e-mails, more than one, saying they would help me return them and they directed me to log into my account. Which of course said I couldn't return them since the time had passed. Beware of optional labels.

5 of 5 Twice As Good! Saturday, June 07, 2008
Bill Schilz from Martinez, CA
I previously bought the single roll version of this printer and used it exclusively for printing postage. I ended up having to print enveopes separately on my laser printer as I didn't want to take the time to pull out the postage label rolls and insert address labels. Now, with the Twin Turbo, I have the best of both worlds! Amazingly, I simply click on a contact in Outlook, hit the Dymo icon and it will print the adddress label instantly with barcode. It's exraordinarily efficient. Address labels from the left roll and postage from the right. It was VERY easy to setup and use(10 minutes). I can highly recommend this product!

5 of 5 Great product Tuesday, February 26, 2008
A Customer from Muskego, WI
Purchased this to do postage and mailing labels for a small business and found it very easy to set up and use. Loaded software, lables and was printing postaage and mailing labels in less than 30 minutes. Prints very fast and easily handles our all of our label printing and postage. We should have bought this a long time ago - no regrets.

5 of 5 GREAT printer if you need labels Monday, December 03, 2007
A Customer from DeBary, Florida
This is the second Dymo labeler I have purchased and installed. The first one was a single roll labeler which was very good but a pain when I had to change the size of the labels. Not with this model. The software was installed and this unit was producing labels in less than 10 minutes. No problems - no jams - just quality professional labels. . . . and INCREDIBLE PRICE!

5 of 5 It's fantastic! Friday, June 08, 2007
Lynn D. from St. Louis, MO
Second one I purchased ... one for my employer and now one for my own business. Easy to use and so much better than running label sheets through your printer multiple times. No more gray lables. Easy to install and use ... love the 2 label system for saving time.

4 of 5 Better Value than Brother QL Series Saturday, June 02, 2007
S Grunstein from Brooklyn, NY
I have purchased a Brother QL-550 over a year ago. I wasn’t happy with it, so now I have purchased Dymo TwinTurbo. I use it to print address labels from Outlook and other types of directly from Excel or Word. Here is my take. The software is great but make sure you download the latest software from Dymo website and don’t use the software that comes in the Box. Here are the major differences between the Brother Product and Dymo. Both have the capability to print postage (I don’t use it for postage). The Dymo has over 40 different label types brother has about 20. You can find generic Dymo label for cheaper. I haven’t found brother generic labels and labels are expensive especially when you use it allot. The Brother labels come with a disposable plastic Label spool therefore it’s quicker to load the labels into the printer. Also the printer knows what type of labels is loaded in the printer and passes that information to the software. The Dymo LabelWriter has a reusable label spool you have to put the roll of label onto the spool and then load the printer (small learning curve) and the software doesn’t know what types of labels are loaded. The QL-550 also has an auto cutter but that isn’t a necessity since the Dymo has a cutting blade and you just need to pull and it would cut the label for you. I find the Dymo software user friendly and like it better than Brothers software. The Add-In for Word, Excel and Outlook allows you to print directly from their respective program; Brother Add-In opens the Brother Label program to do it. Also Dymo Add-In lets you correct mailing address. I have called tech support they answered my call quickly. Dymo Setup in a Secure/Network setting is better and easier. In short I think the Dymo is a better buy I suggest getting the Twin and or Duo so you won’t need to change labels that often. I find even the Brother it not very convenient to switch the label often since you would have to load and feed the labels.

5 of 5 Great product Monday, May 28, 2007
Rick from Austin, TX
We needed a label printer for our small business to print file labels for client file folders, and for printing postage. After a ton of research settled on this product and we are VERY pleased. It works beautifully. Took a bit of time to setup and you have to setup the postage program separately, but altogether took about an hour and now it just works. Very happy with this purchase.

4 of 5 Recommended Sunday, May 27, 2007
Peter Schifferli from Tonawanda, NY
Very satisfactory, albeit pricey product. The free DYMO Stamps™ works well and allows me to print postage for certain classes of mail and replaces our Pitney-Bowes ClickStamp™ Online which was recently discontinued. I added an on/off switch so that I could disable the Twin Turbo when it is not in use. We were also able to find after market labels to replace the Dymo 30252 address and 30915 postage labels for considerably less that the OEM versions, thus reducing the operating cost.

5 of 5 Best investment ever! Thursday, March 01, 2007
Natalie from Cedar Falls, IA
I truly don't know how I got along without this printer for so long! It's WONDERFUL! Just a few minutes of setup and I have the ease of printing both regular postage labels and labels with delivery confirmation. It chooses which side it prints to automatically, so there's no fussing or waste of time. I'd recommend this to anyone...busy office, slow office, home office...it's really a great product!!

5 of 5 Great Label Writer Saturday, February 10, 2007
Eddie from Orlando FL
Received the Dymo Twin Turbo Label Writer and it is better than I anticipated. Very convenient having address labels and stamp labels together, saves a lot of time not having to switch labels all the time. The speed and print quality are excellent too!

5 of 5 A Wonderful Investment Wednesday, November 01, 2006
Peggy from West Lafayette, IN
I make a lot of address labels and had a Seiko Smart Label Printer, but the ability to print postage without "joining" a fee based postage service, is what sold this for me. It is so easy. On the label side, the address is corrected automatically to postnet codes, and the postage lookup is easy as ounces, location, type of letter, pkg, etc. I am so happy with this product.

5 of 5 DYMO Twin Turbo Powers Through Labels Monday, October 30, 2006
David from Agoura Hills, CA
I have had a few DYMO label printers before. While I was disappointed that the previous one I had stopped working (after 6 years), they do work well and are timesavers. I purchased the Twin Turbo specifically for printing postage. It works really well and is an asset to a small office/home office environment

5 of 5 Fabulous Product Tuesday, October 03, 2006
A Customer from Darien, IL
The DYMO Twin Turbo is a fabulous product. We own several of there single label printers and they have always been excellent products. One of the nicest features of the Twin Turbo is the new USP stamp printing feature. Just sign up for this service, no monthly charges, pay for your postage via credit card and never go to the post office again to wait in line for stamps! Highly recommended.
