5 of 5 Nifty little label printer Thursday, April 15, 2004
Newkent from Virginia Beach, VA
My experience has been awesome. Ordered one day and received the product the next day with no additional shipping charges. Easy setup, labels easy to feed into the printer, easy to change labels also. Use in my small business with 5 computers. Was somewhat easy to network on the correct operating systems. No additional toner or ink to buy due to the thermal technology, thus keeping expenses down. Labels themselves seemed a little pricey at first but I save so much time being able to readily print a single label so quickly that it's worth the tradeoff. The last time my charts looked this good was about 9 years ago when we last used a typewriter to manually label the folders. Software does an adequate job. Very happy with product so far. Highly recommended.

3 of 5 Non working Dymo 330 LabelWriter Sunday, February 29, 2004
thor from Chicago, Illinois
Good while it worked............. I bought this label writer (printer) about 18 months ago. Now it does not turn on. Seems to be the circuitry related to the power supply within the printer itself. Ok otherwise. It is a great printer. If I only knew where send it for cost effective repair? It's just a shame in this throw away world there may not be anyone that can repair this great little printer. However, it may not be cost effective......

2 of 5 Good while they worked Tuesday, November 25, 2003
The sticky bit.... from Harrisburg PA
We bought 4 of these 23 months ago. One died after 18 months. The other 3 died within 2 days of each other (23 months old). Seems to be the circuitry related to the power supply within the printer itself. Ok otherwise. The users love them, labels a bit expensive for larger jobs but the ease of use makes these very popular. It's just a shame in this throw away world there is no cost effective repair path.

5 of 5 Great Helper Saturday, November 23, 2002
lpyatt from Fort Worth, TX
If I want to print labels, one or several, I use my Dymo 330. If I need 30 or more, I use the HP printer. I find this Dymo 330 to be a real help to me. I write letters using MS Word, then highlight the address, click the Dymo icon and there comes my label. Wonderful.

5 of 5 Outstanding! Friday, July 12, 2002
A Customer from Westville, NJ
I purchased this label printer for labeling jobs at my work. As always, Buy.com delivered it to me the day after I ordered it and I hooked it into my computer using the enclosed serial cable. To my delight the software installed flawlessly and even though I use Windows XP, I didn't have to go to the website to download a current driver. I am extremely pleased with how easy it was to set up, how well it works, and how easy it is to load the labels. I would like to see the prices come down on these little label printers though and that is why I gave it a low value score. All in all this product is awesome.
