Fabulous looking good HD am/fm/mp3/cd car radio! Easy to install in '95 Mercury Mystique with ebay connector kit. Works Ok out in the mountains, excellent in the city. MP3 and cd works well, fm nad fm HD works well. LOTS of audio power, fairly easy to adjust with all the options. But do read and KEEP the manual. Some sort of built in squelch on AM prevents listening to very weak stations but few would want to do that anyway! Mike

Very easy to use - easy to step to fade/balance etc. Only problem is occassional loss of station - display is "linking' and there is a lull - otherwise performance is fine.

i am a stereo nut and i will tell you for the money you cant beat it of course i got mine at hhgreg in ocala fl at grand opening for $69 was going to buy 2 to have a spare . the sound is excellent and it has easy to set options i like the simple bass and tremble controlls and preamp jacks too and aux input on front to play your ipod. it also has the preset rock jazz ect for custom settings but the best ting to any radio is the loudness button . a must have for best quality sound . love the mp3 player as well as just plain cd audio hd radio is excellent havent played it much but im sure i will

I purchased this radio with a $50 mail in rebate along with a BUY.COM coupon for 10% off the final price. I got everything that I wanted in a car stereo including a front side auxillary input to connect my iPod along with the ability to pick up HD channels in the Dallas/Ft.Worth metroplex. This radio fit my budget while giving me the advanced features that I wanted. I've never purchased a DUAL radio before but I've been very pleased so far.

I only gave it a 4 on performance because its a budget unit .The sound is very good ,controls are easy to use.At this price you can expect a no frills bottom feeder system .Thats not the case here .H.D, channels are outstanding .The mp3 jack is a great addition .My old Sony X-PLODE was cool at the time ,but this is much better in many ways .I would recomend this to anyone.Its a great value and a great player. If you need a new player grt this one .

I love my new radio. I bought this to replace a cassette player (which I don't own any cassettes) when the radio went out. So for $50 (at the time of this review buy.com had a $50 mail in rebate promotional on this radio) I got a working radio and the ability to play cd's. I was happy with that. But in addition I got an aux input and an hd radio which made the deal a steal for me. However, the hd radio (and this might be just where I live, because when I was out of the valley where I live, the hd radio had a bit better time) but the only reason I didn't give this unit a 5 is because the hd tuning can't hold a signal very well. It's great quality when it works, but it just cuts out and goes back to analog so often, or, with hd-only stations, says "linking" for a long time before finally getting on the station, then cuts out and says "linking" again for another 40 seconds or so.

Item worth the price with the mail-in rebate....waiting for the rebate...hope i get it without much headache.

This is a good buy for the price. It was easy to install on my compact car. The HD-radio rocks, it's really good.
