2 of 5 Works great if you can keep it charged Sunday, March 01, 2009
Chadd from Nevada
I'm on my my second set of the chargers. With the first set the batteries would only last for about 45 minutes even though I charged them for a day before using them the first time. The company sent me a new set and the batteries now last about 1.5 hours. I can play on a normal set of batteries for weeks so i'm not impressed.

2 of 5 Battery life is pretty unstable Thursday, February 26, 2009
A Gamer from San Diego, CA
I've gave up on using this charger. With the Wii silicon jacket on. You just can't charge it. Well, I can live with that. But the battery life is really bad. I went back to my old fashion rechargeable battery. And it only comes with a USB charger so you can't plug this into the wall outlet and have to sacrifice one of the USB port on your computer.

4 of 5 Great to save lots of AA batteries..!! Monday, December 08, 2008
Bimal Patel from Burlington , NJ
my niece have a Wii for almost a year... she used lots of AA batteries for her Wii Remote... so i finally bought this one... she had some difficulties to place her both remotes on this charger, bcoz she had snap-on remote covers... but once she remove their covers, its soo easy for her to charge and use efficiently... Pros : Cheaper Price , Save AA batteries , fast charging , easy to use. Cons : connecting cable is too short (u need to place charger near to Wii Console) , need to remove cover/strap from remote

5 of 5 Great Charger Tuesday, December 02, 2008
Aaron from Roseville, CA
Seems to work just fine - battery life is pretty good, and for the cost, you would be hard-pressed to get 4 good rechargeable AA batteries at the same cost (at the sale price that I paid for it) The only downfall is that the Wii has to be turned on for the charger to work, as it is powered via one of the USB ports on the back of the Wii. Another issue is that if you use the protective silicone jacket on the Wii remote, it has to be pulled up and out of the way for the remote to fit in the charger. For $12, I'm not complaining all that much.

5 of 5 love it Saturday, November 29, 2008
Denise from Milwaukie
Hey can't beat the price. All the others are in the $25-$50 range. I got one of those a year ago and here I am replacing it with the $15. Dave from Iowa said he should have bought two. I did and very happy about it. My nephew played for 3 hours and it took about 30 mins. to recharge.

3 of 5 cheap charging station Saturday, September 27, 2008
Neon from VA
This is a cheap charging station. The charge does not last very long on the battery. To charge your controller with protective "glove", you will have to peel it half-way off or not use the protective sleeves at all. Otherwise it is nice to not have to constantly swap out batteries.

2 of 5 50% is not good enough Sunday, September 21, 2008
A Gamer from Portland, Oregon
Only one side of the charger works, which is not good enough in my opinion. But the good news is that the unit was "cheap". Next time I will go with a more well known brand.

2 of 5 works, but not well Wednesday, July 30, 2008
dolby323 from los angeles, ca
CONS: USB cable is too short, batteries don't last long enough, remote is hard to seat in charger
PROS: price (I paid $11 shipped), value compared to non-rechargable batteries
OVERALL: ok deal, but after about 30 days of light usage, batteries will now barely charge enough to play a couple of hours

4 of 5 Nice, with some caveats Friday, June 13, 2008
Anonymous from Andover, MA
Seems to work well, but it has some minor issues. The USB cord is fairly short. I had to remove the covers to my remotes to get them to fit. I have to be careful placing them in the unit to arrange the strap for the remote. The red/blue light is awfully bright. My wife complained that it bothered her when she was watching TV & I had to turn it sideways.

4 of 5 Good Value Tuesday, June 10, 2008
A Gamer from Nashville, TN
So far, we're really liking the charger. It doesn't last as long as we would like, but it's better than buying batteries constantly. Only once have we had to stop playing to charge the batteries. Overall, good value for the price paid, and quick shipping.

We have had this for a couple weeks now and LOVE it! It is great to set the Wiimotes on the charger after we are done playing, then have them ready for play the next time! Sure beats the heck out of throwing $$$ away on batteries! Highly recommended!!!

I got these for 12 bucks shipped. Great deal. The batteries are holding up so far. I've played for more than 3 hours on a charge. (Had them for about a month now.) Much more convenient than switching out batteries.

5 of 5 love that it has a usb connection Monday, June 02, 2008
A Gamer from freeport il
if u r like myself i have about 7 different things pluged into outlets on main living room entertainment center. this charger lets me charge it directly to the wii station so it doesnt need to occupy another outlets plug, which is great considering after my multiple tv"s( so i can play games while watching a movie ), playstation 3, xbox, dvd. stereo system ..its one less thing i have to plug into an outlet. great on delivery also..very prompt depending on where u live. heard complaints on battery life but i have multiple wii stations( one for the child and one for myself) i like the usb cable better than the wall outlet unit

1 of 5 Disappointed: THIS JUNK collects dust Monday, June 02, 2008
A Gamer from New York, NY
When I 1st got this, I was disappointed that this is a piece of junk. I said to myself, no wonder it's only $10.00. I'm not sure if I can trust switching the battery on my Wii controllers. I just don't feel comfortable at all. This is not made from Nintendo, it came with a crummy box (something you pick out from the 99cent store), this doesn't look legit, no wonder Video game or retail store don't sell this merchandise. Should come with a Warning: USE AT YOUR OWN RISK!!

4 of 5 Works as expected Monday, June 02, 2008
A Gamer from Miami, FL
The product works as expected, and it is very intuitive to install. The red and blue indicators let you know whether charging or already charged. The only CON I would say is that the blue light does not turn off after a certain period of time, and I have to disconnect it at night because it's very bright. Other than that, it's great! It pays for itself in the batteries you don't have to buy if you play a lot of Wii, and it's more convenient than rechargeable standard batteries.

5 of 5 Can't beat it. Monday, June 02, 2008
Chaz from Phila, PA
Does exactly what it's supposed to. Nice red=uncharged, blue=charged glowing lights. It's a little annoying that the silicone covers have to come off the controllers to put them in the charger, but that's someone else's problem. Only paid $10.

5 of 5 Great Product! Thursday, May 29, 2008
Erik Brown from Savannah, GA.
Had this thing for a few weeks now. Batteries are now always ready when we want to play. Can't even begin to count the number of times we went to play the Wii and the batteries were dead. The Wiimotes eat regular batteries at an astounding pace. This is a must have as far as I am concerened. Has 2 battery packs and cool led lights that change from red to blue to let you know the charge status. Best of all it plugs into the back of the Wii! 5 stars! Get 1!

3 of 5 good for the price Thursday, May 29, 2008
A Gamer from Jackson, WY
Nice and cheap, a good replacement for batteries. Wish the cord for the charger was longer though. Sometimes takes a couple tries to seat the remotes properly for charging. And the blue idle/charged light is really bright, something to keep in mind if your Wii is in your bedroom. Also they shipped mine (free) via the postal service, so keep that in mind if the Post Office doesn't deliver to your house.

5 of 5 Good value for the cost Wednesday, May 28, 2008
A Gamer from Florida
I can't complain about the price paid for them ($10 with free shipping). The batteries don't last too long, approximately 4-6 hours depending on the game being played. If the battery lasted longer would be great but it definetly saves on buying batteries or playing a game and having the remote stop working during play time.

overall a great price for a great product. Only downside is the USB cord is less than a foot long, so you have to have the charging station RIGHT next to the wii.

3 of 5 Charging Station Wednesday, May 28, 2008
Arthur Oen from CA
I give this item a 3 out of 5. The charger works great, but at times, I have to make sure I play with the way the controller sits on the charger in order to make it light up red (charge light, regular light is blue). The charge does not seem to last for very long. After a full charge, both controllers were played for approx. 3-4 hours and was at 1 battery bar. If they made this item more easier to use, fixing the charge problem and also perhaps 2-3 more hours more play time, this would be great. My friend has the other charge unit made by Nyko and it lasts much longer. Can't complain about the price since it was a steal. I regret purchasing since I could have spend another 15 dollars and bought the Nyko unit. Also, it lights a bright blue light at all times. A little irritating when you are trying to sleep.

4 of 5 Not bad for the price Wednesday, May 28, 2008
A Gamer from Arcadia, CA
Pretty good unit for the price. The illuminated charging station lets you know instantly whether the wiimote is charging or fully charged. The wiimote cord makes seating of the wiimote difficult, but I have found if you run the cord under the unit towards the front it seats a little more easily. Battery life on a full charge is not impressive, I would estimate about 2-3 hours max.; still enough for what we use it for, but serious gamers would have issues with that. The unit plugs into the USB port and will charge on standby mode, but if you turn the Wii off (by holding the power button in for 5 seconds) the unit does not charge.

1 of 5 Batteries do not hold a charge for long Wednesday, May 28, 2008
A Gamer from Hockeytown, MI
I suppose for the price, my expectations should be tempered, but I was a little surprised by how quickly the LiOn Batteries seem to lose their charge. They fit in the Wimotes nicely and the station seems to charge them fine, but they only last 20-30 minutes at best. If the batteries were to last as long as our AA rechargeables, then this would be a 5-star product.

1 of 5 VERY poor battery life Wednesday, May 28, 2008

4 of 5 Does the trick. Wednesday, May 28, 2008
warriorhawk from Helena, MT
It works and it plugs right in to the back of the Wii, which is rather convenient. Was cheap so I picked one up. For the cost of the product over how many times I'd have to replace the batteries thus far it was a good purchase. I'm confused how game play and graphics are supposed to be factored in to it, although it is a very nice looking addition and has a simple light feature, red for charging blue for done. Easy to set up and easy to use. Compared to the Nyko I'd have to say its actually easier to get the Wii mote with a strap in to the charger. No problems so far, but still watching for them.

5 of 5 Not that bad Wednesday, May 28, 2008
A Gamer from OR
I got this for pretty cheap, so can't complain. We have never played for hours on end, so haven't run into any problems with the batteres dying. Once you are done, you can just stick them in the chargers and they will be ready for the next time.

3 of 5 Okay, but... Wednesday, May 28, 2008
Glorified J from Billings, MT
I like the concept of these controllers, as they'll surely save me some money on batteries, but they're not without their faults. First off, they don't seem to charge to 100% battery, which just means they run out fast. Second, they don't seem to hold a charge between use, so I often have to use one until it dies, while charging the other. My third fault is that my controllers seem to freak out sometimes. I've been playing a game that requires subtle moves, and I occasionally have problems with the controllers now. Aside from those three things, though, these are pretty cool. for the price, it's pretty easy to justify the purchase. They're quirky, but once you figure out how to work with that, all is well.
