A secret sub-agency of the United Nations, headed by J.W. Garrison (Martin Sheen) has uncovered terrorist activities based in Puerto Rico involving a unique new bomb laced with a deadly anthrax virus destined for the nearby United States. Intelligence reports that the multi-national hoodlums who have developed the bomb do not intend to stop with the States. Garrison and his associates realize that the only way to stop the annihilation of the world is to infiltrate the affluent society of Puerto Rico in order to gather information on the clandestine activities. He calls upon CIA operative, Zack Hamilton (Jeff Kaake) to form a team of expertly trained agents capable of a successful infiltration, in this case, to pose as models who are in Puerto Rico on a high fashion photo shoot. Hamilton sets about gathering the sexiest and deadliest female operatives available to form the D.R.E.A.M Team. Replete with sexy high kicks and deadly hand to hand combat, the D.R.E.A.M Team proves they have what it takes to save the world.
