Shut the windows and lock the doors as you prepare yourself for this horrific collection of the crazed and cursed! The Dollman / Demonic Toys Box Set includes the classic horror films DEMONIC TOYS, DOLLMAN, AND DOLLMAN VS. DEMONIC TOYS!

DEMONIC TOYS: A botched bust on a pair of arms dealers inadvertently leads to the raising of a sixty-six-year-old demon with the power to bring toys to life as his personal minions. The demon is looking for a body to inhabit so he can increase his powers, and it just so happens that one of the police officers, Judith Gray (Tracy Scoggins) is pregnant with the ideal host. As the murderous toys close in on their victims, the officer must not only fight for her life, but for the soul of her unborn child.

DOLLMAN: Brick Bardo (Tim Thomerson) is a traveler from outer space who is forced to land on Earth. Though regular sized on his home planet, he is doll-sized here on Earth, as are the enemy forces who have landed as well. While Brick enlists the help of an impoverished girl and her son, the bad guys enlist the help of a local gang. When word leaks out as to his location all hell breaks loose. Brick is besieged by an onslaught of curious kids, angry gang members, and his own doll-sized enemies. Now he must protect the family who has helped him and get off the planet alive.

DOLLMAN VS. DEMONIC TOYS: The DEMONIC TOYS are back, so policewoman Judith Grey (Tracy Scoggins) seeks the help of 12 inch tall DOLLMAN, Brick Bardo (Tim Thomerson) and his 12 inch tall girlfriend, Nurse Ginger. The Toys hole up in an evil deserted toy factory and it's up to DOLLMAN to keep the Toys from summoning the powers of darkness to the Earth.

"[Vs.] ...this is Thomerson's show all the way."  Brian J. Wright, The Cavalcade Of Schlock
"[Dollman] ...a little gem of a low budget film. It's got a great idea and a great lead for the role in Tim Thomerson..."  Popcorn Pictures Review
"[Demonic] ...enough amusing moments and bloody deaths to be fairly enjoyable."  The Video Graveyard

Editor's Note

DEMONIC TOYS: A tough, beautiful undercover police officer trying to bring in two brutal gunrunners follows them into a desolate warehouse where hundreds of cute and cuddly toys are possessed by demons.

DOLLMAN: A 13-inch-tall alien cop from the planet Arturus accidentally lands on Earth in the midst of a Bronx gang war. He doesn't let his height stand in his way as he takes on drug lords and street thugs in order to help a local activist clean up the neighborhood.

DOLLMAN VS. DEMONIC TOYS: Dollman returns to help battle a chestful of devilish toys who have kidnapped his beautiful counterpart, Dollchick.

Professional Reviews
Popcorn Pictures Review 6 of 10
[Demonic] Taken for the low budgeter that it is, Demonic Toys can almost be enjoyable at times: that is when the annoying demon child isn't taking in his ridiculous deep voice...There are loads of problems with the film but thankfully when the toys are around, the film is fun. Baby Oopsy-Daisy is a hilarious little bugger with a foul mouth who cracks all of the one liners to give the film some comedy value and the Jack-in-the-Box looks like a miniaturised version of one of the Killer Klowns From Outer Space, complete with a sadistic little laugh...Demonic Toys clearly wasn't given the effort that Puppet Master or Dollman was and the end result is a reasonably weak entry into Full Moon's already weak catalogue. Save for a few memorable moments with the toys, the film is a waste of 86 minutes.

The SF, Horror and Fantasy Film Review 7 of 10
[Dollman] Despite the central selling point of its pint-sized hero, the very area that lets it down is a convincing portrayal of its miniaturization effects - Thomerson is almost never seen in contrast against any normal-size people. There is one amusing gag where Lopez cuts off discussion about whether Thomerson should stay out in the open by simply picking up his spaceship and carrying it home. And there is an equally amusing one where gang leader Jackie Earl Haley hears Sprug's plans for the bomb then simply squashes him under his fist like a bug...Perhaps it is that the Bands' intended to make a Dollman series like they did with their Trancers and Puppetmaster films - although this is something that never eventuated, apart from Dollman Vs the Demonic Toys (1993), which brought back Thomerson and paired him up with several other characters from Full Moon films. - Richard Scheib
