I bought this inexpensive case for my iPhone, and I thought the "Cable Management" system was an added bonus. It's not. The case makes it difficult to take the iPhone in and out of my pocket. The "Cable Management" system is nothing more than a rubber case that lets you wrap up the standard Apple/iPod headphones, but it, like the case itself, just makes it difficult to remove my iPhone from my pocket. Not good. Not good at all.
