I ordered the moviemaker for my 8 year old daughter and she likes it. It is a fairly primitive video camera by todays standards. I only paid $25 for it, so that is OK. If I had paid $79 (full price), I would want my money back. It only records for 4 minutes and that is at a very low quality.
The toy did function right out of the box and was easy to set up and easy to use. So far it has worked with WinXP fine. We have enjoyed the Stop-Action function and the kids have made several small "movies". It functions fine as a low-quality digital camera. Was this review helpful?

This was a Christmas gift for our 4 year old granddaughter. She has already used it for hours with a big smile on her face. She enjoys the ability to take snap-shots as well as videos.
