The Dirt Devil Broom Vac is a cordless broom that sweeps and vacuums in one easy step. With 60 percent more power than the original Broom Vac, the redesigned Broom Vac is convenient enough for quick pick ups, but powerful enough for everyday cleaning. Simply push the foot switch with a tip of a toe, sweep dirt as normal and watch the mess disappear. The product is ideal for cleaning dry spills on a variety of hard floor surfaces such as wood, linoleum, marble and tile. And unlike the old straw broom and dustpan, there is no need for bending over and no messy line of dirt left behind. After use, simply remove the unit's dirt cup and empty. To recharge the Broom Vac simply plug in the adaptor.

    With some hardwood floors, 2 cats, and a dog in my house I was dust mopping every day to keep the floors looking good. I still have to clean daily but I don't have to go out in the cold to shake out the mop. This item is easy to use, a little heavy, but not bad. The charge holds well for 4 or 5 days. I really like it and worth the money.

    It picks up pretty well for a battery-powered vacuum. It picks up well on my hardwood floors, but takes a few passes to pick up small bits. It is relatively quiet and last a good while on a charge.

    Used a lot over the holidays. Great on the carpeted stairs. Even picked up crumbs on the living room carpet, even though it's a wood and floor machine. A little more power would be nice, with a little less weight, as I felt it in my back about the 6th stairstep. Priced right, though!

    Great value at $58! I had a dustbuster, and while it picked up okay, who wants to crawl around on the floor or bend over to the floor to vacuum? This sweeper picks up as well as my vacuum cleaner without having to pull out the large vacuum with its hoses, etc. It is light weight, easy to store, simple to clean, simple to use and I would recommend it to anyone. It even picks up dust, cat hair, as well as the plastic pellets from the litter box, and kitty food, a big plus with two kitties in the house, all without leaning over!

    This vac is the biggest waste of money I've spent on a home cleaning item. Bought it for wife last year at almost $70 cause she had to have pink. It does well to suck up a little dust much less anything of a little larger size. I would not recommend this thing to anyone, you are much better off with a broom and dust pan.Mine has been sitting in garage for 9 months and will soon go to the trash.
