I installed this card in an AMD X2 4800 machine, running XP pro, and experienced no difficulty whatsoever. The picture quality is better than I expected. The only negative I found is the fact that it will not tune to clear channel QAM on cable.. I understand that it will tune these channels when running Vista, but I havn't tried it.. Other than that, I easily recommend this product..

I have a dell insiron 531,with AMD athlon x2 4400+ processor, 500gb hard drive,2gb ram with a Diamnd hd2600pro512mb video card. I like what I see less static than a tv has but I'm a little disappointed that I don't pick up the pay channels from timewarner cable that I get with my converter box and I only get one radio station so-far but it very well could be the nut behind the wheel if you now what I mean. Its still a work in progress. Over all I am satisfied with this product.

Gets better reception than the Hauppauge PVR-500 dual tuner it replaced. (It also replaced an Avermedia A-180 for ATSC , but I haven't noticed it performing better than that card - it's not performing worse though). Great experience so far!
