3 of 5 Only One Unforgiveable Thing Monday, May 04, 2009
Dean from Omaha, Nebraska

Good value for the money. The only thing missing was a separate recovery partition. Had to do an immediate backup to insure I could restore in case of a major problem. No separate CD/DVD with Windows XP was provided with the computer. That does not give me all those extra goodies.

Not as fast as the current laptops - and stick to XP. But, for the cash - a great buy! Well done BUY.com

5 of 5 Great Value and Great Product Wednesday, April 08, 2009
A Customer from New Haven, CT
Bought online and saw a better deal within the Buy.com website. Thanks for the price comparison info. The order was randomly canceled but I re-ordered and received within the expected time frame. The computer itself is great.

4 of 5 Good sale Wednesday, March 18, 2009
A Customer from Battle Ground, WA
We had one minor issue with credit information (personal info wanted over email, we were uncomfortable with that), but we were allowed to cancel the sale and we re-ordered the product and paid thru paypal. Seller was courteous and our order arrived in a very timely manner and the laptop is in great working order. Our daughter loves it. Thanks,

We are very pleased with the Dell computer - it has fulfilled all expectations. Happy to be able to buy a computer with XP and not Vista.

5 of 5 Extremely pleased Tuesday, March 10, 2009
A Customer from Savannah, GA
My son helped me find my laptop on Buy.com. I purchased it, and when I got it, I was pleased to find that it looked almost brand new. It had a "scrub" on the top, but who cares??? Opened the computer and it looks brand new, and works like a dream! I will definitely buy again, and have!

5 of 5 Dell Latitude D610 Monday, February 23, 2009
Lester Porter from Kansas City, Missouri
I have been a devoted MAC user until the past year. I purchased an Acer Aspire 4520. The battery life on this machine leaves a lot to be desired as my iBook was getting three hours plus, the Aspire about an hour plus. Then I purchased the reconditioned Dell D610 at a bargain basement price. The battery that came with it last for over two hours. The keyboard and touch pad are a pleasure to use. The screen is not great but adequate, same for the speakers. I will be using the D610 for traveling. The WIFI works great. The Home XP startup is much faster than the Vista OS installed on the Acer. The build on the D610 is very sturdy and reminds me of the older Power Books that I loved. This machine is not over loaded with features and every thing works as it should ... just the way I like it.

4 of 5 Where is the Resource CD Monday, February 23, 2009
MIB456 from Baltimore MD
Nothing is more frustrating to me then having to try to update and modify this thing without the resource CD. I enjoy it, but I am a professional and as such would rather have XP Pro, not Home as the OS. But in order to update it, I will need to wipe it, and doing so without all of the drivers is kinda pointless. Maybe Dell can send me one. UGH! Also, where is the XP Home CD?!?!
