Although identical in size to a standard microSD card, microSDHC cards are different and are only compatible with devices designed for SDHC. Please check the Owner’s Manual or User’s Guide to verify that your device and your card reader, if you intend to use one, are microSDHC compatible. Dane Elec microSDHC card include micro SD adapter for use in any SDHC device, furthering utility. In the same manner, when using either adapter, ensure that the intended device is HC compatible. It works OK, the transfer speed is good. It replaced a 1GB card in my Nokia N95. Free shipping had it delivered in a week after the order was made online.

The product is pretty straightforward -- there isn't much to say about a storage card. BUT, the two things I was most concerned about (if you can even call it that) were compatibility and speed. We never had compatibility issues with floppy disks or the like, but it's a worthwhile consideration with microSD cards, given the myriad designations that exist; e.g., is my phone "HC" compatible?! (the user guide doesn't say). The card works flawlessly and is easily as fast as the 1 GB card it replaced. Thumbs WAY up on the card -- and the price is UN-BEAT-ABLE. I'm now carrying at least a THIRD of my music library with me everywhere I go, and enough pictures of the kids to put even the most devoted grandparent to sleep! When I ordered the card, I expected it to arrive in a week or so. That wasn't even close -- it was here in TWO days. I *love* Buy.com. (just bought something else here yesterday)

Updated my Sansa e280 with open source Rockbox firmware, largely so it could read SDHC micro-SD cards like this one. It works great, and I now have a 16 GB (8 internal, 8 on micro-SD) MP3 player for very little money.
