Tadamichi Aoba, or Dandoh to his pals, was playing a baseball game with his friends Yuka and Kohei when he hit a wild fly and crashed the ball into the principal's beloved potted plant. Rather than get mad, the principal admired Dandoh's swing, and introduced him to the world of golf.Dandoh, Yuka, and Kohei all begin their golfing adventure and study under the watchful eye of the former pro-golfer Shinjo Mikiyasu, who lost his ability to play in an accident. The game of golf gets a youthful twist in this anime series from the producers of HAND MAID MAI. When Dandoh hits a baseball into his principal's greenery, he expects some sort of punishment. But much to Dandoh's surprise, the disciplinary figure is most interested in his swing, recruiting his young pupil to join his favorite pastime--golf. Working with a former pro player, Dandoh becomes acquainted with this new and foreign sport. But will this limited exposure to the game prepare him for entering a tournament, and for a try at the national championships? The entire series is collected here.
