Annotation:
In the sequel to Nora Roberts' bestselling MORRIGAN'S CROSS, the six heroes--a wizard, a vampire, a vampire-hunter, a witch, a shape-shifter, and a princess--prepare to do battle with the vampire Lilith and her demonic hordes and henchmen. In-between fending off attacks, the group hones their skills, and do their best not to strangle each other. The situation is complicated by the simmering sexual tensions that constantly threaten to bubble to the surface. Filled with juicy characters, witty dialogue, and an abundance of supernatural excitement, DANCE OF THE GODS is dream book for lovers of magic, adventure, and romance.

Praise
"Roberts's latest is a testament to her skill and range, as this richly detailed fantasy--only her second attempt at the genre--hums with wit, humor and sizzling romance. Paranormal fans are assured a good time, as is anyone who enjoys captivating fiction." [starred review] 08/28/2006

Author Bio
Nora Roberts
Nora Roberts didn't become an immediate best-selling author, but once she sold her first novel, she never looked back. A mother of two small children at the time, Roberts began writing in 1979 with a number-two pencil and a spiral notebook. She wrote sporadically while her two sons were at school, a schedule she maintained long after they had grown up and gone to college. Two years and several manuscripts after her initial attempt, her first novel, "Irish Thoroughbred", appeared, the first of over 100 novels she would write in the following two decades. While having dabbled in many of the genre's forms, Roberts has found most of her success writing contemporary romances flavored with both suspense and adventure. The youngest of five children, Roberts grew up in Silver Spring, Maryland. In 1968, she married Ronald Aufdem-Brinke, the father of her two children, but divorced him in 1985, the same year she married her second husband, Bruce Wilder.
