Notes & Personnel Info |  | DJ: Louie DeVito. | | New Yorker Louie DeVito is the essence of the musical success story; while working at construction jobs, he moonlighted as a club DJ, which led to a gig on NYC's powerhouse dance station WKTU. He started the UNDERGROUND series to shed light on struggling, talented dance-music artists. That series' massive success (they were the first DJ compilations to reach the Billboard album charts) led to the creation of the DANCE FACTORY series, DeVito's mix of more well known tunes. | | As with all his concoctions, the third installment of DANCE FACTORY performs the rare feat of accurately capturing the energy of the live DJ performance on disc.
