Cuisinart DCC-1200 12 Cup Brew Central Coffee Maker, Black and Stainless Steel

I have had this coffee maker for almost 4 years, and love it. It makes a great cup of coffee, and you can definitely tell the difference between this one and cheaper coffee makers in the way your coffee tastes. I clean it once a month with white vinegar to keep the buildup out and keep the coffee tasting great (just remember to remove the charcoal filter before cleaning with vinegar) The area to pour the water is small, but once you get used to just pouring slow, it's no problem. It will keep condensation in the lid once you brew and run down the back if you open it up, so I just stick a round toothpick to hold the lid open once I finish brewing to let the condensation dry. You will not be sorry your bought this coffee pot.

This is great machine that makes a superb cup of coffee. It includes a timer and an option for auto-shut off. It also has a sound alert for when the coffee is ready. The one thing I especially like is that it makes the coffee hot and keeps it hot. It even includes a 1 - 4 cup extra hot selection. My only peeve, and it's a small one, is the small area on the top where you add the water -- you have to be careful when you are pouring it in to not to let it spill into the coffee grounds and filter. Otherwise, I highly recommend this machine -- it's well worth the money considering the stainless steel construction.
