 Editor's Note
CUANDO HABLA EL CORAZON is a Mexican musical that tells the story of Cecilia, Miguel, and Cruz; three children from different backgrounds that become friends and lose touch over the years. The tale continues when they are young men and women going through difficult times in their lives. Miguel (Pedro Infante) gets his new girlfriend, Ana Maria (Susana Cora) pregnant. Just before she dies her brother Cruz (Victor Manuel Mendoza) takes responsibility for the child. In the meantime Cecilia (Maria Luisa Zea) is now secretly in love with Cruz. When he finds out that his childhood friend Miguel was responsible for his sister's pregnancy, he insists on a duel to the death. This is the film that brought Mexican superstar Pedro Infante to the screen. It includes eight musical numbers featuring four Infante classics.
