This unit has great picture quality. The menus are easy to use and logically laid out. Great sound quality too. The software is easy to use and it loads movies and music pretty fast. We use it when we fly, load some movies or TV shows and some music and take off. My wife is no techno person by her own admission. 20 min. of playing with this and she can run everything on it. Super battery life and inexpensive after market battery extenders for overseas flights. It's all good, should have bought it sooner. Was this review helpful?

Great sound quality! Much better than what I expected. Battery life is decent. Videos look crisp. They also have a "smart volume" control that allows your music to play all at the same volume which is an ingenious idea. But I'm still adjusting to the interface and still learning how to use the player because I became accustomed to my last player, a Cowon Iaudio X5L which was more custom-friendly. We purchased this MP3 for our teenage son's birthday. He knew it was coming, so he begged and begged us to give it to him early, so he could put some music and movies on it before we went on vacation. He absolutely LOVES it and the picture is UNBELIEVABLE! He took the player on vacation and we watched several movies together, after he connected it to the TV there. The easiest to use of all the Creative products I have owned, and I own several. Great picture. Great video. What more can I say about the Zen Vision W.
Buying on Buy.com could certaintly be easier. It is sometimes very hard to find what you are looking for. Sometimes it is downright impossible, yet I know they must have the item because everyone else does. If you can find your item at a good price, then Buy.com is good. Was this review helpful?

I haven't had the Vision W long but am extremely happy with it. I really like the zoom to full feature for videos. Everybody that I show the player to is extremely impressed with it and wish they had one. Even with the zoom feature the pictures and videos are very clear. I'm also very happy with the software for converting videos and all the other features. It offers a lot more features than other media players, especially the awesome screen size. With an Ipod's small screen you can barely watch anything! With Zen Vision W's 480 x 272 Screen Resolution you can watch all those shows you bought! Its also great for road trips with adjustable contrast rather then an Ipod with its unchangeable backlight. Was this review helpful?
