I've had the Stone Plus for about 2 weeks now and have taken it on over 60 miles of runs and 100 miles on the bike and it works great. The stopwatch feature is nice and it's small size is perfect for working out. Creative always has the best products. Was this review helpful?

The Creative Zen Stone Plus is a good rival to the iPod shuffle, but only because it has double the storage. The FM receiver gets pretty poor reception, so that's an almost useless feature.
They really should have included at least one "skin" since there is no clip on the Zen Stone Plus. Without a clip, you are stuck holding the Zen Stone Plus in your hand. And of course you can't buy just one skin, you need to buy a 3 pack, so you need to include the price of the skins when comparing this to the shuffle.
The two biggest negatives though are, the inability to play WMA files that you've purchased if they have DRM, and no support for playlists. On the other hand, the sound is great. And they almost make up for the lack of playlist support by allowing you to organize songs in folders. The drawback to this is that if you consider each folder a "mix", and want the same song to play in separate mixes, that song must appear in multiple folders taking up extra space.
Positive: Great sound, Compact size, Allows files to be sorted into folders, Can shuffle order of songs, 2GB storage.
Negative: FM reception is poor, Battery constantly needs recharging (even when not in use), Clip must be purchased separately, Won't play WMA files with DRM, No support for playlists.
