The quality of sound is awesome for that small a speaker. The quality goes down at high volumes but good overall performance. The main disadvantage is it does not come with an adapter.. Was this review helpful?

I ordered the Travel Sound speaker system but received the Travel Sound Mp3 system. I emailed buy.com about this but they did not return my email...oh well it seems to be the same unit with a built in 32meg Mp3 player, it also takes a media card but it is obsolete and cost more than the player. I use it with my Sansa or a discman and it sound OK for its size. You have to watch the volume or it will clip and break up. Overall for the money I think it's a good solution if your traveling and need to bring some of your own music. It's OK but you can get much better sound with a good pair of headphones. It is very good, if you a need a portable one. It requires 4AAA batteries. Alternatively, we can use optional Power Adapter. Each AAA battery is 1.5V. So total it requires is 6V. But they claim the power adapter should feed 5V. Quite confusing. The website claims it provides Univeral Power Adapter. ***********But Universal Power Adapter doesn't comes in the pack. ************ Was this review helpful?

These are great sounding portable speakers. Again, they're portable, not Bose or something costly. All is well, except there isn't a power adapter included as advertised, and try to find on on Creative site!! Fine if you want to go the battery route, but good luck finding an AC adapter.
