I own two sets of I-Trigue 3300 speakers and find them to be a significantly better value than competing products of similar price. Aesthetically, a pleasing design combines with solid construction and a spotless finish. Little variation across units - even though they were purchased more than 1 year apart - speaks well for quality assurance.
More importantly though, the I-Trigue delivers cleaner bass than any comparable product I've been able to test. Low frequencies are clean and well detailed with no muddiness or unnatural 'boom'. Mid and high frequencies are at least comparable to other products in their price range.
This is only a 2.1 system, so it's really best suited for music; if you are primarily looking for a gaming rig, where being loud and having a gut-moving bass punch are more important than quality, you may do better with a different set.
Nevertheless, they are an excellent value, delivering sound quality comparable to systems costing more than twice as much, and they should provide a satisfying experience for anyone but the most die-hard gaming aficionados. Was this review helpful?

Almost three years ago i purchased the Creative I-Trigue 2.1 3300. Since than I have two problems with the unit, first the port duct on the subwoofer came loose in the port rattling every time the bass hit. A quick fix, a dab of Elmers Blue Rino did the trick. And the second problem was a little more serious. The internal heat sync is insufficiant when operating in higher tempatures. Another quick fix, any pc exaust fan will do, simply hard wire it to the units internal power and fasten it to the heat sync. Other than these issues this is and exelent purchase. The highs were crisp and clear and the bass, while not jaw dropping, was very solid and the speakers didn't distort. I was concerned on how loud they would go. This system is definitely loud enough to sit in front of and also fill up a room with sound. I use it to play music so i can hear it all over my house and it has performed flawlessly. The speakers are solid,well made, and low profile. I have no regrets buying these speakers. Was this review helpful?

Sound is good, not great. About what you would expect for the price. Would have liked the option of a separate subwoofer input rather than only allowing that to be crossed-over from the stereo inputs. The wired remote with volume control is handy. The power transformer brick is really big. This kit is a good option for limited budget/space.

I got these to replace a pair of aging speakers from about 8 years ago. My wife insisted that the old beige speakers looked terrible next to the new black flat panel monitor we had gotten. After digging around for a bit I picked these up and am not at all sorry.
The sound quality from speakers one quarter the size of what they are replacing is amazing. The sound is clear and the remote containing a volume control, bass controll, and speaker jack is very nice (especially for those times when I am on the computer playing games and she is watching tv in the connecting room).
I highly recomend this set for someone who is looking for quality, but not looking to spend a bundle. Was this review helpful?

Great sounding speakers! Sharp highs and deep bass. The adjustable subwoofer remote is a definite plus. Some reviews of these speakers complain of lack of midrange. Not to worry. Still a top shelf system. I would recommend for people who listen to Mp3s, CDs, and internet radio on your computer. Was this review helpful?
