    3 of 5 Decent sound & Driver issue Tuesday, September 29, 2009
    A Customer from Seattle

Ordered week ago and just got it yesterday. Creative's x-fi tech actually boosts sound quality and It exceeds my expectation. I highly recommend to anyone who's looking for gaming headset. It was confortable at first and about 2 hours later I feel a little of uneasiness;but it wasn't a big issue. The real issue was driver installation. My machine runs on vista and I ran into "Window can't find device driver" no matter what. Installing driver with bundle CD didn't help much. Even manual path setting driver file path didn't help. Searched online and found some people did have the same problem. They seemed to solve it by replacing product. I finally found my solution - download lastest device firmware from creative site and update firmware. After updating the firmware, Vista was able to find device driver. (hope this helps if someone ran into the same problem) When updating firmware, unplug headset from USB first and run firmware software downloaded. When dialog box appears, plug the headset(this will automatically reconize your headset), and then click on "update" - you're done.
