Cranium Board Game

My sister brought this game to a family get together this summer and we all had a blast. This definitely is a family game because our ages ranged from 8 to 42. My daughter was the 8 yr. old and she needed a little help, but still found the game enjoyable. The variety of ways to express yourself were wonderfully entertaining. If you were good in one subject it was still challenging unlike other trivia type games because the variety of methods you have to use to get your team to arrive at the right answer makes it so. From drawing with your eyes closed to molding with clay it is definitely going to be a night of entertainment. I enjoyed this game so much that I hope that Santa brings it to my family this year so we can make it a welcome addition to our collection for 'Family Game Night'. Not only is this game good for families it is a great party game. Having a 'Cranium Party' sounds like a great adults night out.

This is a great game for the family. It is neverending in excitment. Every turn is somthing new and different. You'll never get bored with this one.

Cranium is a blast! We have had more fun with Cranium and the Booster Box has made all our games a riot. We were literally rolling on the floor at what our friends could do!

If you do this game is for you. When I played this game with my family and friends we were dying on the floor laughing. If you get the right people to play this game you'll be in for a night full of laughter! Since the first time I played it I loved it. I wanted to play it every night since. If on your team you have someone good in trivia and someone good in acting you have a good team. I like it because it is not just focusing on one thing, (like trivia) it is focusing on all things such as acting, drawing, creating and thinking too. This would be an educational game too because you are using your brain. I think this game is for ages 10 and up. You can be 100 and still have a great time playing. This is my most favorite game and if you had to choose a game this one would be it. It is a great party game, if everyone is bored just whip this game out and no one would want to go home. I can gladly give this a four star rating. I can't wait until they come out with more and more booster packs! They should make more games like this, thats for sure!

Cranium is one of the most enjoyable and fun board games I have ever played. No other board game could possibly match this outstanding board game. Most games only focus on one thing (like trivia)but Cranium focuses on a little bit of everything. What's really outstanding is that you'll hardly ever get the same card if you get the booster packs which provide extra, new cards that will get your brain to work! I think buying Cranium is a good choice!

At my school I'm in the GT (gifted and talented) program. When the GT teacher first brought it in I had no clue what it was. I have grown to like it VERY much. The only thing I don't like is that I hoven't heard of most of the songs on the hummdinger cards. Either way this game certainly earned 4 stars.

I'm 12 and I'm in a program in school called LEAP which is for people who excell in all subjects in school. Sometimes the teacher brings Cranium in cuz we all luv it. You get to act, hum, spell words backwords, imitate people and things, and much,much more. Once a all boys team had to hum Girls Just Wanna Have Fun! It is a lot of fun and you'll always end smiling. You've gotta get this game. U won't regret it!

This is the first game that gets pulled out of the closet when all of the old college friends get together. With a mix of personalities, there is a category for everyone. The night always is filled with plenty of entertainment from this game. I'd recommend it to anyone!

We received/purchased over 15 board games this Holiday Season and I have to say that Cranium (and Cadoo for kids) is the BEST! A Family Game that is full of laughs and moves quickly along to keep everyone interested and having fun! Buy this Today!

I recieved Cranium last Christmas from my aunt, who had constantly raved about the game earlie. We played this game at our get together for Christmas, and it was the most fun I have ever had with a board game. The question are fun and make interact you with the other players of the game. Though the box recommends ages 12 and up, my 10 year old brother and 9 year old cousin enjoyed the game and recieved a huge amount of fun from the game. The basic purpose of the game is to answer various questions from 4 different categories, which include activities such as humming a tune, spelling words backwards, scuplting stange items, and answering unusual trivia questions. Though the questions involving words (the yellow Word Worm section) confused and frustrated many of the younger players (ranginf from 9 tp 14), the rest of the game was worth while. The Bottom Line: A must- have board game.

This game is so much fun to play! It is hilarous to watch your parents and other relatives trying to act like Clint Eastwood or hum pretty woman. I've even played with little kids and still had fun. The game features things that everyone can do (or at least try to do!) It's fun to play over and over again, and if you play in a row, you don't have to worry about getting the same card twice because there are so many! I've told everyone about it. And I highly recommend buying it!

We played this as a family at Christmas, with just the adults. It really has potential to be LOTS of fun, although my grandma (83) didn't know a lot of the subjects/words, they were "after her time". So it was frusterating....for instance, one of the clues was mohawk...she didn't know what that was! lol Otherwise, it's a very fun game. The only problem we had with the game itself, is one of the lights on the timer doesn't work. Really great game for a big group, great ice-breaker!

We actually ordered this and it was back ordered and still showed up on time. We enjoyed playing this but the playdough smells kind of funny. Likely to switch it out with real play dough.

Our first time playing CRANIUM was on a cold, miserable, and boring winter night. After a quick review of the rules, we were off and running. Within minutes we were laughing till our sides ached! This game is great fun and highly recommended for a good time.

We purchased this as a gift for our nephew. I have not heard from him yet regarding how he likes it. But, we have Cranium and we have a lot of fun playing it. The game states that it is for older children or adults, but my husband and I have fun playing it with our 8 and 5 year old boys. We just help them a lot. It is a good family game, and adult party game.

We had to sit down and play the game the first night it was opened. I t was just as challenging for the adults as the teens. It really brought out some unusual ideas and started some interesting thoughts and conversation.

I would definitely recommend this game for families- it works for multiple generations, but is tougher than I originally guessed it would be. It challenged everyone in a fun way.
