I ordered the first cable several months ago for use with a new Canon all in one and have no communication issues. Ordered the second one a few weeks ago and it also works great. I have spent hours of time trying to resolve problems with this cable and Windows XP. Sometimes when I come out of hibernation these adapters get an "USB device not recognized" error which doesn't even clear with reboots.
Unfortunately the cables were installed in a boat and it took hours to get them installed. If I could simply replace them, I would do so in a minute. However, given the time to get them out and new ones in, I'm going to continue to try to resolve the issue via software, but at this point it's a losing battle. Was this review helpful?
