4 of 5 Good value Friday, June 13, 2008 A Customer from Charlotte NC
PROS: I use this unit wired and it does not drop connections as my prior 2 routers did.
CON: I've been trying to get tech support to help me configure the QOS, the reason I bought it and so far no success. I'm sure it is just figuring how to fill in the blanks but haven't gotten it right yet. Was this review helpful?

This is not a wireless broadband router -it is a wireless broadband access point and needs to be physically connected to a computer.
The advert is misleading.
The delivery was quick, shame the product was not as advertised. Was this review helpful?

The router has lots of interesting features but fails to perform a simple function - "Maintain connectivity". The router drops connections every 5-10 minutes(works better if security is disabled, about 45 minutes). Don't waste your time or money on it. Was this review helpful?

The first router I tried was Belkin G plus bought from D&H part F5D72314 and it was junk. This little router from CP Technologies was very easy to setup and give me the wireless signal throughout my home. It allowed enjoying my kitchen with my laptop. It's been up and running without a reset since installation day which can't be said of the Belkin. Best purchase I have made in a long time and the price after rebate is too crazy to believe. 5 of 5 Great product can't beat the price Thursday, May 15, 2008 Casualbum from Westminster
This router WBR-3408 from LevelOne/CPTechnologies works great, easy to setup, good signal strength. My previous router (Netgear WGR614) was not able to broadcast the wireless signal, the WBR-3408 took care of that issue. Now I am able to roam freely even in my back patio. The WBR-3408 does have noticeable heat if it is being place on another device that need proper ventilation, the heat problem was gone when I place it next to my cable modem instead of on top of it. I can't believe this litle thing can do so much for the price I paid. Was this review helpful?
1 of 5 Kept overheating Thursday, March 06, 2008 Patrick from Tucson, AZ
Great price, easy to set up ... but after 10 - 15 min of use, it would overheat to the point where it stopped working. Unplugged, let it set for 30 min, worked again great for first 10-15 min and would overheat again. Maybe "too small" and not enough heat dissipation. Was this review helpful?
