One of the modules went bad in my wife's laptop, so I ordered this to replace it (can't run Vista too well on just 1GB) and now it's good to go! The unbelievable thing is that this module was $50 ON SALE at Best Buy! HA, what a ripoff! Great price from Buy.com, and the 2 day shipping had it here fast. Bought the Corsair for my wifes laptop (Acer Aspire 3680) that we bought at Walmart on a black friday price of $300... a little slow with a 1.5 mb connection but bought the 1GB RAM card and deffinately speeds up the system! Well worth the $30!! Was this review helpful?

Saw this CORSAIR memory and loved the price! However when I received it I was unable to install it in my Toshiba Satellite A75-S209. It was not physically possible. The slot seemed to be in the wrong position for alignment with my memory expansion slot. Was this review helpful?

Buy.com had a GREAT deal on this RAM, so I bought two. I did my research and found out from the Corsair site that this RAM is compatible with my Powerbook G4 1.67GHZ 15". I ordered on a Tuesday morning and Buy.com shipped it out the same day and arrived Friday. Buy.com is great..
Corsair however, isn't all that great. I installed the two memory sticks without a problem, until I turned my computer on. Everything was fine until my computer crashed, something that has never happened until now. I went through two days of constant crashes and trying different solutions, but came up empty handed. Now I am forced to send the memory back to Buy.com for replacements....if those don't work, then I am trying a different brand. Beware of Value Select RAM. Was this review helpful?
