Corporate reputation by Roger Haywood may be the best book on this vital topic. He has been there and done it, advising some of world's leading organisations on reputation, managing issues and handling crises. According to his biography, Haywood has worked with Amnesty International, Compaq computers, the European Union, GE and many others.
I can recommend this book to those already building their careers in public relations and marketing, as well as to those chief executives who wish to make their reputation a powerful and profitable factor in their business growth. I have spent years in the communications business and this book summarises some fundamentals that many have not yet appreciated – and tells you exactly how to apply the principles that create a winning reputation.
I have also heard him speak to audiences large and small - he is compelling and entertaining.
