I bought this PSU three months ago and it stopped within 6 weeks. Called coolmax for replacement based upon the one year waranty, no answer, left message, no answer, called totally 5 times before geeting a person to answer the phone, he wanted me to send the failed PSU in, and told I need to pay the shipping cost for the replacement. I said it was radiculous. Finally he waived the shipping fee. Sent the PSU in, waited for 4 weeks to get the replacement. but the replacement failed in 3 weeks again. Coolmax is a taiwan junk company, avoid them. Was this review helpful?
