This is mainly a recipe book; would not recommend for someone unfamiliar with cooking in Dutch Ovens. Features square Dutch ovens in the pictures, with no information on where you can purchase them. Not a lot of pictures, and no titles on them. Lots of good recipes; some of them heart smart.
