    I have used this product a few times, whith varied results. When I used it to cook for the whole family, the rice was rather sticky and clumpy toward the bottom. When I used it for 4 cups of rice, it seemed to work better. It has the great keep warm feature, and really does not take that long. I am satisfied with the product, and should this one ever break, would buy another.
