Answering the call for a reliable, real-flame lighting option, Coleman engineers have gone above and beyond the tiki-style torch to develop a clean, easy-to-use and easy-to-maintain propane light. No more messing around with sticky oils and fuels or wicks that just won’t trim right. The new FireLight Torch runs on clean-burning, easily obtainable propane. What’s more, the torch will operate for up to 10 hours on one 16.4-ounce disposable propane cylinder. The flame of the torch is about eight inches in height and wind-resistant up to 10 miles an hour, making it both highly visible and sustainable. A citronella bug-repellant system is included with each torch and additional cartridges are available for evening after evening of outdoor enjoyment. Each cartridge, which takes the form of a ring that may be placed around the torch’s burner component, lasts up to six hours. Use of the citronella system is optional. A glass ring that protects the open top of the torch is also included.
