Set in the 16th Century at an Italian cloister outside of Verona, this beautifully photographed cult horror film claims to be based on a true story. Eager to take over Mother Supreme's rank, a ruthless nun named Sister Giulia will stops at nothing to secure her crown. But when the cardinal finds out what the nuns have been up to, he decides to make them pay.
