    I bought this for the cassette player. I have over 100 cassettes that I want to transfer to the computer to CD/DVD. This was the best one I could find.

    I searched other Internet sites and visited at least six other stores for CD/radio boom boxes. Buy.com had the best prices around. I've used Buy.com for over 4 years and have recommended this site to my college students. I've only used this product for a few weeks, but has a great speaker tone using the radio reception. My wife and I use it for our workouts and love it. The delivery was QUICK. What a great organization.

    This boombox is a good deal considering the price. However, the first one would generate a loud noise that sounded like the speaker coils building up an electrical charge then dissipating (unpredictable). It is a basic boombox with analog AM/FM tuner. Controls are laid out well. Very cheap build quality, but it is made in china. Waiting for replacement. I would recommend getting the Sony CFD-S01.
