Reunited in concert for the first time in 40 years, Eric Clapton and Steve Winwood stormed the stage at Madison Square Garden in 2008, playing songs from every stage in their legendary careers. In addition to hits such as "Cocaine," "Voodoo Chile," and "After Midnight," the duo also performed the complete A-side of the first and only Blind Faith album. This energetic live release features the concert in its entirety, as well as rare archival footage of Cream, Traffic, and Blind Faith from back in the day.

 | Eric Clapton and Steve Winwood - Live From Madison Square Garden - DVD Review By: Paul Roy - Blogcritics.org Reviews Published on: 7/11/2009 2:54 PM | | Going back four decades ago, Clapton was part of the short-lived "super-group" called Blind Faith, whose other members included Steve Winwood, Ginger Baker, and Rick Gretch. The band was only together long enough to release one self-titled album in 1969 before quickly dissolving later that same year after a brief tour. Winwood and Clapton's musical paths would not cross again until the two performed a blistering set of Blind Faith classics at the 2007 Crossroads Festival. It was so well received — and they enjoyed playing together again so much — that they decided to do a run of concerts together last February, at New York's Madison Square Garden.
