Five desperate strangers participate in a 72-hour research study where they are implanted with ability enhancing microchips. The subjects are unaware of the chips deadly side effects as they are challenged to survive for three days trapped in a test facility. An evil group of investors led by Professor Griff (Public Enemy) watch closely with plans to sell the chip to the highest bidder packaged as "The Power Chip" (the new answer to steroids) and "The Smart Chip" (instant genius capabilities) but what they discover is that they have no control over the Chips murderous influence, and in the end it will be a battle of life-and-death between mind and machine.
 


Editor's Note

Over the course of 72 hours, five strangers volunteer to have microchips implanted in their brains, unaware of the deadly side effects this experiment will cause.

Mazola... Michael... Great job on Chip Factor... How did they pull this film off... it was a very interesting and entertaining project that took me by suprise. Robert Hatch, Tasia Grant and Kenyon Glover did a great Job!!!!!! I love this movie and I would recommend it to anyone in need of being seriously entertained.

Chip Factor by written and Directed by Michael K. Harris is one of the greatest films I've seen recently. This film explores the boundaries of Sci Fi and touches on great concepts and ideas about microchips in today's world I think it's a great film and I highly recommend it.

This film dares to touch upon a subject rarely explored in independent film... Director Michael Harris does an excellent job of creating a Sci Drama... in an urban setting. Great acting!!!! Great Story!!!! Great Film!!! New Visions Film Group is the Bomb
