I got this HD when it first came out in mid 2008. It was $119 and one of the first big drives for cheap. Hooked it up to my XP computers and it works great.
My only concern is how hot it runs. When its spun up its hot to the touch. I'd guess about 104-105 degrees. My environment is cool to cold (65 degrees) so it cools well. I'd be nervous running this in a confined space. Was this review helpful?
