4 of 5 Startup was difficult Wednesday, April 16, 2008

I received the unit, but when trying to plug into my multi-port usb hub, it wouldn't work. After trying different things, I finally got it to work by plugging directly into my laptop. The directions to get started were minimal at best. The backup was fast.

It does everything it's supposed and has a nice design. Power provided by USB cable so that is the only cable needed, which is great. Comes with a carrying case which is also nice.
