4 of 5 Good camera, but missing video Friday, December 28, 2007

I just bought a very similar camera made by casio for about $250. When I saw this one, at this price, i had to get it for a christmas gift. Come to find out the reason it is such a reduced price is because Video was not inlcude. I guess I just assumed that it was. Its still a good camera at a good price, just not video. Purchased the camera for my daughter. Had it for less than a week and it dropped. The lens would not operate properly after that.

The Casio EX-Z75BE 7.2MP I purchased online from Buy.com is everything it was advertised to be. Brand new, lowest price, and shipped very fast. I took advantage of the Buy.com card and put the Camera on it and the sale was smooth. Now I'm just waiting for the credit on my statement. I did call Buy.com to confirm the $30 credit was good on my Camera and then called the Bank and spoke directly with an agent who explained how they work with Buy.com to do this and that I would see the credit on my statement. Excellent product and customer service was had. I'd recommend Buy.com with total confidence. Was this review helpful?
