5 of 5 Nice Camera Tuesday, June 19, 2007
Jess from Wilmington, MA

Very impressed with this camera. Takes great pictures, easy to use, and the size is perfect if you don't want to lug around a big clunky camera. I bought another one for my Mom.

5 of 5 Great small package Wednesday, December 20, 2006
hebflyer from Savannah GA
This small camera is just what I was looking for. The bonus was the ability to take videos that are easy and come out quite good. I especially like the built in filtering software that allows me to switch to B/W or Sepia tone shots. The turn on time is virtually instant and flash charging is nearly as fast. The use of a fast SD card does make a lot of difference in the speed of camera functions. I have been using a 2 gig Transcend 150X that works great and storage space allows more room than the battery has capacity. One note on handleing, if you have big hands or are a fumbler always use the wrist strap. The camera is well built, but it is not a tank and dropping it or rough treatment will find you sending in to the repair shop. Get a well padded case to store it in, and don't even think of using it in the rain. What I like the best is being able to carry it in my shirt pocket so I can catch shots I would normally miss with my big Nikon SLR that now stays in its case. It has more features than my first digital camera that was a Nikon and I am still finding new features the manual does not mention. My first camera choice was the Canon Elf series, but this Casio won out because the movies are in AVI format and the Canon movies are not and require conversion software.

4 of 5 Great compact camera Friday, May 19, 2006
sc from Chicago, IL
This is a great camera. It is stylish, thin, easy to use, and a great value. The drawbacks I have found are that because it is so thin and small, it is hard to handle. In particular when you hand the camera to someone else to take a picture for you, the camera is so small it is difficult to hand off. The other drawback (although I am not sure how other cameras compare) is the lag time for the camera's flash to charge. It takes almost 3 seconds and is a nuissance at times. Overall though, picture quality is good, screen size is great, and it gets a lot of compliments for its styling.
