4 of 5 Good but question of impact protection Sunday, June 08, 2008

Nice size though little larger than needed for portable drives. However strap seems to hold the drive securely in place. There is also a small mesh pocket for accessory such as the USB cable. I have several of these for several of my portable drives. The only concern that I may have is that the case does not seem to have lot of padding so I am not sure how much protection it would have on impact (and don't want to find out). Good price from buy.com.

It's a little bit larger for my 2.5' Western Digital external hard drive. After I put my hard drive into it, there is still some space left. I'm worrying that my drive cannot stay fixed in the case.
