I wish the sleeves for the DVD inserts were bigger just to make it easier to slide them in. Also, it'd be great to have a sheet for cataloging the contents. I love being able to store 100 DVDs in the space you would normally keep 10. I've been storing CDs and DVDs this way for years and will not go back.
