I actually have 2 of these cases. The first one I liked so much I bought another one on sale, and sold the original one. Targus makes very good products. This is the fourth bag I have had from Targus. I travel internationally frequently and that is very abusive for luggage. I have to buy good quality luggage, or you’re just wasting time fixing it. I still have my original bags from Targus, but needed something different each time I bought a new bag. This particular bag was purchased because I was tired of having a bag on my shoulder when in an airport, so I purchased one with wheels. In fact the one bag I had the strap wore out, because I over packed it frequently, and Targus sent me a new strap no charge. It will take some extraordinary event to get me to change brands.
