This is a great infrared remote. I had it on my 300D (Digital Rebel), and sorely missed it on the 30D. Now the new 5D Mark II supports it, so I bought my second one. It even comes with batteries installed. Put it on your shoulder strap, and you'll always have it handy. Not only it's a great convenience, it's also a must have if you need exposure longer than 30 seconds (which you do for many night shots). I only wish it doesn't rattle but it's no big deal.
