The Canon SD890 IS is everything I expected in a digital Camera. It takes beautiful pictures. It is easy to use from taking pictures to downloading to my computer. I would recommend it to anyone who new to photogaphy or a long time Camera buff. Was this review helpful?

I have had this camera for about 3 weeks now and I absolutely love it! The shape, size, endless features .. especially face detection and total 20x zoom! Way too mamy features to mention here. Once again, Canon has done pretty much everything right. The on/off button requires the use of your finger nail, but that's only needed when turning off the camera. Pressing the play button, then hitting shutter the button, quickly has the camera ready for action. Certainly this camera will not get turned on accidentally in a pocket or purse or turned off mistakenly when taking a picture! I absolutely love this camera! No need to search any further.
