I am very happy with my new printer. I upgraded to an all in one from two extra bulky machines to one. Works like a charm. Was this review helpful?
5 of 5 Good-looking quality product Friday, March 06, 2009 Kamran from Washington, DC
My parents installed it and set it up -- if they can do that, I give Canon a big two thumbs up! Easy to use, nice print quality. Was this review helpful?

Love this machine Works just great. Was this review helpful?
5 of 5 Love it Tuesday, March 03, 2009 A Customer from Malvern, PA
I use this mostly for scanning client files into my computer. The document feeder works fast and smooth. Printing is slower than I would've liked but overall I am very happy. I replaced a Brother MFC240 which continually jammed when feeding documents. This all in one was also very easy to set up. For the price I give it 5 stars! Was this review helpful?
5 of 5 Great printer Monday, March 02, 2009 A Customer from dayton, oh
I'm very happy with my purchase. Seems like a well-made, sturdy printer, and I love that I can fax with it. It is rather large, but I have room, so that isn't an issue. I got it for a great price! Canon makes great printers and cameras.

4 of 5 Great deal on a useful printer Friday, January 16, 2009 D. from Mesquite, TX
We got a great deal on this printer. For an all in one, you can't beat the price. It does everything we need it to do: prints, faxes, prints photos. It is bigger then I thought it would be. Was this review helpful?

Haven't had any problems yet, even bought one for my mom. The only issue I have with it is that it is a bit noisy. Was this review helpful?

Well after unpacking (tons of tape to remove), the printer was a breeze to setup. Scans are clear. prints are good, and I love the feed tray feature in this model. I haven't tried the fax feature yet..but everything else is great! Was this review helpful?
5 of 5 Great product for home use Tuesday, December 09, 2008 mgh from Saratoga Springs, New York
I purchased the this unit for use at home. Set up was easy based on the directions provided with the machine. Everything worked on the first try, copier, fax, printer and scanner. I did not have to call for technical support. The quality of the black and white copies are excellent.(Have not tried color yet) I'm told the fax transmittals and scanned documents are clear. I think this is a great all in one unit for home use. Was this review helpful?
5 of 5 Great printer for the price Tuesday, December 09, 2008 MarkS from Carmel, IN
This printer was everything that I wanted. I needed a cheap printer / fax for the office and I got a good printer / fax / copier / scanner with a feeder. I have been very satisfied so far. If I have any complaint, it is that once you tell a program to print, the warm up for the printer takes a little longer than I would like. Moving through the menus is not real intuitive but I am able to get through them. Great buy. Was this review helpful?
5 of 5 Arrived in 2 days Friday, December 05, 2008 Mwolver1ne from Grand Blanc, MI

5 of 5 real deal Friday, December 05, 2008 Byron from Fairfax, VA
Skeptic that I am, I have been pleasantly surprised at the intrinsic value of this allinone unit despite the low price. Other than the sheet feeder, which I haven't used yet, each function works well, once op procedures are acquired. Was this review helpful?

best printer ever Was this review helpful?
5 of 5 Great printer for the money Friday, December 05, 2008 David from New Jersey
It came lightning fast as usual for Buy.com, was easy to install and set up, works perfectly. I wanted a unit with automatic document feed, fast print, excellent quality, color, fax, copy and flat bed scan capability. This does it all. It does make lots of noises while warming up but it's no big deal. I hear the cartridges get used up fast and can't be refilled but since I just got it and don't use it every day, it shouldn't be much of an issue. The only thing I wish it had was a separate paper tray but for $68 how could I possibly complain? Was this review helpful?
5 of 5 Great low end printer Wednesday, November 26, 2008 jpnava from dfw
I bought two of these for my sons at school. No issues on either todate. Good quality printing and scanning... Was this review helpful?
4 of 5 This printer is the bargain of the century! Monday, November 24, 2008 RandyK from Strongsville, Ohio
This printer is a great bargain. It replaced one from a different manufacturer that we burned out - same features but $299. This one was $69 and it also included a Fax - something they don't include in the Home Edition of Vista. The only problem is I don't have it on my UPS. The power went out twice and each time the printer resets to the default setting of answering the Fax. It's the same line as our voice line. When you answer a call you are greeted with the Fax signal after about one minute. Otherwise it's the best printer/scanner/copier/fax that I've seen for home or home office! Was this review helpful?
5 of 5 Great value! Tuesday, November 18, 2008 blerx from TX
This all in one is fantastic. Set up was easy. I got this for scanning and the auto document feeder functions, but I will be able to get good use out of the others! Could not beat the price, with fast, free shipping on top of that. Prints much faster than the printer it replaces (HP), and ink is reasonably priced.Overall a fine machine for less than $45 :o) Was this review helpful?

5 of 5 Great cost,great performance Friday, September 05, 2008 A Customer from Lake Ariel,Pa.
We have used the scanning, and copier features and are very pleased with the results. The color from the copy produced using this copier is exact with the original document. Also being able to copy a color document to grayscale is a real ink saver. For the cost it is a great value. Also customer service was as promised. Buy this one for home or small business. Was this review helpful?
5 of 5 Mac Friendly All in One! Thursday, September 04, 2008 A Customer from So Cal, CA
I am completely satisfied with this printer! It does everything quite well and the footprint is not too large. More importantly, Canon produces products that are Mac friendly, which will work with the latest OS (I replaced a Lexmark printer; Lexmark does not update their drivers to accommodate Mac OS upgrades). This is an awesome printer for the money! Get one. You will not be sorry. Was this review helpful?
5 of 5 Good product at a great price Monday, September 01, 2008 A Customer from warner robins ga
Got this printer for $70 so it was a great deal.
The all-in-one does everything that I need (don't need fax but I'm pretty sure it works).
Just remember, with all printers, you will need ink but this printer came with two cartridges which makes the buy even better. Was this review helpful?

5 of 5 Great All in One Saturday, August 09, 2008 A Customer from Elk Grove Village, IL
I bought this printer for my son who is going away to college in 2 weeks.
I thought it would be great to have a copier, scanner, Fax and Printer all in one machine.
I have tested the Printer and copier so far and they have worked flawlessly. And it is pretty quiet when printing.
My son thinks the footprint is a little big for his dorm room.
I have to disagree. It fits on a TV Tray.
I have purchased 3 different Canon printers in the past before buying this one. I am extrememly happy with their printers. Was this review helpful?
4 of 5 Great Printer, It's a Canon Thursday, April 10, 2008 Ken from Hollywood, Florida
It's a great printer. What else is there to say. Only one small thing I did not like, the LCD panel on the front has no back light. Was this review helpful?
1 of 1 customers found this review helpful. 1 of 5 AWFUL!!! Wednesday, January 30, 2008 KS from NY, NY
This machine was broken when it arrived - it had an error message before I was even supposed to install the ink cartridges. Customer support was obnoxious, rationalized the problem by saying that even cars can be bought with flat tires. They would only offer repair support or a refurbished machine - not a new one. VERY DISAPPOINTED!! Now I get to pay for a $20 cab ride to lug this thing to get repaired. Was this review helpful?
4 of 5 For the Price this one is ok! Thursday, December 27, 2007 A Customer from West Valley City, Utah
It prints a little slower than my epson and the quality is about the same, I'm disappointed that it doesn't work on my wireless print server. The server only picks up the fax and I haven't tried it to see if it will actually send a fax that way. I had to hook it up to one of my computers that is available all the time. All together not a bad buy though. Was this review helpful?
2 of 2 customers found this review helpful. 5 of 5 Excellent All-In-One Printer Thursday, December 20, 2007 Dave from Bayside, NY
For the money this is a great printer. Prints very fast and is quiet. One slight issue is when you press the Scan button it doesnt automatically scan, it brings up the software on your PC and then you have to click on the scan button though the software. Not that big of a deal. Copying is very easy.
Print quality is actually better then I expected but if you do heavy graphics I don't think this is for you.
Overall I am very happy with this machine.
I have not tried the faxing feature yet.

I needed a new printer in a hurry and quickly ordered what looked like the best deal. So far so good - performance exceeds that of the three year old HP with similiar capabilities it replaced - and the HP cost almost four times as much. Was this review helpful?
2 of 2 customers found this review helpful. 4 of 5 great value Monday, December 10, 2007 clockwork from Ga
For $120. the performance is great! I was torn between this and the MP830 ($190). The 310 uses ink cart. w/integrated print heads ( 830 has a separate print head- my last canon printer used this tech. Ink 'wells' are cheaper, but when the head fails it's over $50), 310 cartridges are not 'chipped', so after market ink is available. 310 does not have mem card reader or lcd screen, but that wasn't important to me. Software works well, is not bloat-ware and runs in the background w/little resource usage. Time for 1st page to print is on the slow side. If you receive faxes overnight and the unit is nearby, you will appreciate the 'quiet' mode. Was this review helpful?
2 of 2 customers found this review helpful. 5 of 5 It is a great Printer Friday, December 07, 2007 mc1942 from Houston, TX
I very seldom write a review but I felt compelled to write on for this Printer. This is a outstanding printer with all the bells and whistles. Easy setup and works flawless. Print quality is outstanding and that is not the best part. The best part is Canon support you can actually speak to a REAL PERSON and a knowledgeable person. I called them to find out if a regular USB cable would work with the printer and found out it would. The tech also explained why a cable is not included. I used a $2.00 USB cable and in minutes I had it printing and scanning on my network. Was this review helpful?
