Video quality is not really good at all since it uses sd card for recording instead of dvd or tape thing. But this is just what I expected. Other than that, everything is just satisfactory. Sacrificing video quality, it is amazingly comfortable to transfer video clips in memory chip to pc. You don't need even a cable to connect camcoder and pc only if you have an additional slot for sd card on your pc (most laptops have it). You can just copy and paste video clips and photos. Just like an USB memory stick. BTW, if you decided to buy this, you should also buy an sd card. It's not included in the pkg.
