This book is so complete I bought 2. One for home and one to take in the car. It covers a wide variety of restaurants and foods that I prepare at home.

I purchase three books, because my granddaughter is diabete. The Calorie King(calorie fat and carbohydrate counter). When we go out to eat at any restruant she can count her carbs. that way she knows how much medicine she needs to give herself, before she eats her food. This book is very accurate too. So, I have a book, her mother has a book and when she goes away with her dad he has a book. This way everybody knows how much she can eat. I'm very thankful for your book, because before I was guessing how many carb. was in her food she was eating. Now I know exactly how much carbs, she is eating to keep her diabetes in check.
