Excellent product, especially for someone doing installations, repair, and maintenance for clients. The retractable cables are somewhat delicate and care should be taken when retracting them back into the spool. This is the second set I have and I'm fully satisfied.

I have only tested the firewire portions of this kit (this is what I needed), but I can tell you that neither the cable or the adapters will work at all. No devices are detected through them. Traditional firewire cables work fine in the same situations. I did not even bother to test the other parts of the kit. By the way, the carrying case is a huge waste of foam and space. Not a good deal.

The set arrived quickly, it is as advertised, all cables work. The cables are held by a piece of foam with cut-outs. Some are very tight, especially for the ear buds. The wires are very thin, be careful when you pull them out, they might break. I used a stanley knife to enlarge the cut-outs, now it is fine ...

I just needed this kit -- and I thought I never would -- when I was traveling with my Blackberry and realized I forgot the power cable. Sure enough, this kit came with a cable that powered my phone (via my laptop's USB port) and I was saved. Great deal and a powerful recommendation for anyone on the go that needs some "Cables To Go"!

I ordered one of these from Cables To Go last year during Christmas and was extremely pleased with it's versatility.
